At Aarna, you’re more than just a customer—you’re family. We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase, and we’re always here to listen and assist.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds: If you need to request a refund, just let us know by sending a quick email to aarnajewelsuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Once we’ve confirmed your request, please send the item back to us within 7 business days (10 business days if you’re overseas). We’ll take care of the rest! Please note, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returns, but we promise to process your refund within 14 working days of receiving and assessing your item.
   

• Keeping It Simple: If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours or if the item isn’t returned within the time frame, we won’t be able to process the refund, but we’ll still be here to discuss other options.
   

• Exchanges:  We do not offer exchanges but we are certain you will love your new jewellery!

Items We Can’t Take Back
Because we care about everyone in our Aarna family, there are a few items we can’t accept for returns or exchanges:
 

• Earrings & Jewellery Sets with Earrings: To keep everyone safe and happy, we can’t take back earrings or any sets that include earrings due to hygiene reasons.
   

• Customised Pieces: If you’ve personalised or customised your jewellery, it’s made just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges on these special items.
   

• Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale, so they’re yours to keep.

We do our very best to show you exactly what your jewellery will look like, but please remember that colors and details might look a bit different depending on your device and under lighting. We promise, though—it’s even more beautiful in person!
